    We’re now a collection point for unwanted spectacles!

    The Hub on the Green is proud to support Lions Clubs International by collecting unused or unwanted glasses to help improve sight around the world.

    Drop off your spectacles (no cases or cloths needed) during our opening hours. Every pair makes a difference

  • Makaton

    MAKATON TRAINING TASTER SESSION

    Saturday, 25 October 25   11am – 12:30 pm
    £20 per person

    Join us for a informal taster session which will provide information about the Makaton Language Programme and how it may be used in different settings to support language development and communication. The session introduces the signs and symbols for around 40 useful everyday words including, 12 tailored words to your setting or a chosen theme, eg. Christmas, Early Years education.

  • INBETWEENERS - parent and toddler group

    Monday, Thursday, Friday 8.45 - 9.30am
    For parents looking for somewhere to enjoy a hot drink and allow their little one somewhere to play in-between the nursery and pre school run.

  • Yoga

    YOGA WITH MOLLY

    Join Molly at the hub on Tuesdays at 6.30pm for a guided yoga session for all abilities. Creating a space in the body, boosting confidence and building strength.

    Classes are £11 and last for 45 minutes. Book your place here.

  • MUSIC CLUB

    Tuesdays 1.00 - 3.00pm
    Free live acoustic music to sit back and relax to with Tim & Melvin ‘The Spirit of Rosa’, or join in!

    GROUP BIKE RIDE

    Thursdays 6 - 7.30 pm

    Join us for a led bike ride exploring the local neighbourhood and connect outdoors. Book now

    Arrive at The Hub from 5.45 pm for registration and bike checks then join the led bike ride. Be prepared to be out for about 1.5 hours exploring lovely cycling friendly routes along greenways, shared paths and quiet roads. Finishing back at the Hub – Option to stay for tea/coffee and chat.

    > Whether you’re new to riding, looking to build confidence or a regular cyclist this ride is for you.

    > Bikes are available to borrow if required

    > Ride led by qualified leaders and suitable for all abilities.

    >These are social activities, the pace will be gentle, nobody gets left behind. Expect lots of chatting, pitstops and smiles.

We're raising funds to help cover the day-to-day running costs of the Hub on the Green – a much-loved community space at the heart of Bournville.

The Hub hosts a wide range of activities, events, and support services for people of all ages, but we rely on donations to keep it going.
